Privacy Policy
Effective September 22, 2026 · Sites Go Live Today, LLC
This policy explains what information Sites Go Live Today, LLC ("Sites Go Live Today", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to sitesgolivetoday.com, the websites we build and host for clients, our sales and support phone calls, and the text messages we send.
1 · What we collect
- Business contact details — your name, business name, phone number, email address and business address, gathered from public business listings, from you directly, or from the forms on our site.
- Account and billing details — the plan you choose, payment status and invoices. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our systems.
- Website content — the text, photos, hours, services and other material you give us to build and maintain your site.
- Communication records — notes from calls, emails you send us, and text messages exchanged with our team, including the date and time you agreed to receive texts.
- Usage data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for sitesgolivetoday.com and for client sites we host.
2 · How we use it
- To build, publish, host and maintain your website and to answer your change requests.
- To contact you about a website preview you asked to see, a call you scheduled, or your account.
- To bill you for the plan you chose and send receipts and account notices.
- To keep our services secure and to meet legal obligations.
3 · Text messages (SMS)
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Sites Go Live Today sends text messages only to business owners who agreed to receive them, either verbally on a phone call with one of our representatives or by contacting us first. Messages are limited to your website preview link, follow-ups about that preview, and confirmations of calls you scheduled with us. We do not send promotional or unsolicited texts.
Message frequency varies and is typically one to three messages per conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email ryan@sitesgolivetoday.com.
Your phone number and your consent record are used only to deliver the messages described above and are shared only with the carriers and messaging platform (Twilio) needed to deliver them.
4 · Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose: our hosting and infrastructure providers, our payment processor (Stripe), our email and messaging platforms, and our domain registrar when we register a domain in your name. Each is bound to use your information only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
5 · Your website and your visitors
Websites we build for clients may include contact forms. Submissions go to the client who owns the site, and we relay them on the client's behalf. We do not use a client's visitor data for our own marketing.
6 · Do Not Call requests
If you ask us not to call you, your number is added to our internal do-not-call list immediately and permanently. Tell any representative, or email ryan@sitesgolivetoday.com.
7 · Keeping your information
We keep account and billing records for as long as you are a client and for the period required by tax and accounting rules afterward. Consent records for text messages are kept as evidence of your consent. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you; we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
8 · Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
9 · Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10 · Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services change; the effective date above will move when we do. Questions or requests go to:
