Text Messaging (SMS) Consent

Effective September 23, 2026 · Sites Go Live Today, LLC

Sites Go Live Today, LLC builds websites for local businesses. This page explains exactly how a business owner agrees to receive text messages from us, what we send, and how to stop them. We send texts only to people who have agreed to receive them.

1 · How you opt in

Consent is collected verbally, on a phone call between the business owner and a Sites Go Live Today representative. After you ask to see your website preview, the representative reads this statement word for word:

“Is it alright if I text you the link as well? It’ll come from Sites Go Live Today, just a couple of messages about your site, and you can reply STOP any time to stop them. Message and data rates may apply.”

Only if you say yes does the representative tick “Owner agreed to receive a text” on your business record in our system. That record stores your mobile number, the representative’s name, and the date and time you agreed. Our system will not send any text to a number without that record and a logged call. You are never required to agree to texts in order to buy anything from us.

2 · What we send

We never send promotional, marketing or unsolicited texts. Message frequency varies, typically one to three messages per conversation.

Example messages:

“Ismael from Sites Go Live Today — the website preview we talked about: https://app.sitesgolivetoday.com/p/fade-room-mcallen Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

“Ismael from Sites Go Live Today — confirming our call tomorrow at 10:00 AM CT about your website. Reply STOP to opt out.”

3 · How to stop or get help

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4 · Your information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number and consent record are used only to deliver the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service (section 7, SMS Terms).
