Terms of Service

These terms are written the way we talk: plainly. They cover every website build, care plan, and Go Live Complete bundle sold by Sites Go Live Today ("we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to them.
1 · What we provide
We design, write, and build websites for businesses, register the domain, put the site live, and — on a care plan — host, secure, back up, monitor, and update it. What each build tier and care plan includes is listed on our pricing page, and that listing is part of these terms.
2 · Prices and ways to pay
Build prices are one-time: pay in full, split in two, or four equal payments — the total is the same on all three. Checkout may also offer financing through providers such as Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay; any financing agreement is between you and that provider. Care plans bill monthly or annually. Go Live Complete bills monthly — Launch $35, Amplify $49, Icon $99 — with no fixed term, plus a one-time $99 setup fee that covers your launch and the purchase of your .com domain. We never ask for card details by phone or email — payment happens only on our secure Stripe checkout pages.
3 · Your commitment matches the term you choose
Monthly care plans (Hosted $49/mo, Managed $99/mo) — cancel any month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; no further charges after that.
Annual care plans ($490/yr Hosted, $990/yr Managed) — run their full 12-month term. They renew for another year unless cancelled before the renewal date, and cancelling stops the renewal, not the year already paid for.
Go Live Complete — month to month, no contract. A one-time $99 setup fee covers your launch and the purchase of your .com. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
Keeping your website after you cancel. Your monthly payments cover the website as a service. If you cancel Go Live Complete and want to keep the website, you can buy it at the build price listed for your tier on our pricing page — $796 Launch, $1,596 Amplify, $2,996 Icon — and it becomes yours outright. After three years (36 months) on Go Live Complete, this purchase is waived and the website is yours at no additional cost. If you cancel and don't buy it, we take the site offline 30 days after your last paid month.
Go Live Complete plans started before September 23, 2026 keep the 12-month terms they were sold on.
The first 30 days of care on every build are free. If you cancel a monthly plan during the free month, you are never charged for care at all.
4 · Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name from day one. The finished website is yours once the build is paid in full — immediately on an outright purchase, and on Go Live Complete when you buy it at your tier's build price or after three years on the plan. If an installment plan stops paying before the build price is covered, the site stays live for 30 days; after that we may take it offline until the balance is settled. Your domain remains yours regardless.
5 · What we need from you
We build from the information you give us — business details, photos, approvals. You confirm you have the right to use the content you provide, and you'll respond to our requests (like confirming your domain) so we can keep your launch on schedule.
6 · What we promise, and the limits of it
We work to keep every site fast, secure, and online, and care plans include monitoring and backups. Like every provider, we can't promise the internet never hiccups: our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
7 · Text messages (SMS Terms)
Sites Go Live Today, LLC sends text messages only to business owners who have agreed to receive them, either verbally on a phone call with one of our representatives or by contacting us first. Messages are limited to your website preview link, follow-ups about that preview, and confirmations of calls you scheduled with us. We do not send promotional or unsolicited texts.
Message frequency varies and is typically one to three messages per conversation.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. How consent is collected is described in full on our SMS consent page; see our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
8 · Changes and contact
If we update these terms, the new version is posted here with a new effective date; the terms in force when you purchased govern that purchase. Questions, requests, cancellations: hello@sitesgolivetoday.com — a real person answers.
