Terms of Service

These terms are written the way we talk: plainly. They cover every website build, care plan, and Go Live Complete bundle sold by Sites Go Live Today ("we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to them.
1 · What we provide
We design, write, and build websites for businesses, register the domain, put the site live, and — on a care plan — host, secure, back up, monitor, and update it. What each build tier and care plan includes is listed on our pricing page, and that listing is part of these terms.
2 · Prices and ways to pay
Build prices are one-time: pay in full, split in two, or four equal payments — the total is the same on all three. Checkout may also offer financing through providers such as Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay; any financing agreement is between you and that provider. Care plans bill monthly or annually. Go Live Complete bills as twelve equal monthly payments. We never ask for card details by phone or email — payment happens only on our secure Stripe checkout pages.
3 · Your commitment matches the term you choose
Monthly care plans (Hosted $49/mo, Managed $99/mo) — cancel any month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; no further charges after that.
Annual care plans ($490/yr Hosted, $990/yr Managed) — run their full 12-month term. They renew for another year unless cancelled before the renewal date, and cancelling stops the renewal, not the year already paid for.
Go Live Complete — a 12-month agreement. All twelve monthly payments are due over the term. After month 12 the build is paid in full and Managed care simply continues month to month at $99 — cancellable any month from then on. We email you before the term ends, so nothing renews without you knowing.
The first 30 days of care on every build are free. If you cancel a monthly plan during the free month, you are never charged for care at all.
4 · Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name from day one. The finished website is yours once the build is paid in full — immediately on an outright purchase, and at the end of the 12-month term on Go Live Complete. If a Complete agreement or an installment plan is cancelled or stops paying before the build price is covered, we may take the site offline until the balance is settled; your domain remains yours regardless.
5 · What we need from you
We build from the information you give us — business details, photos, approvals. You confirm you have the right to use the content you provide, and you'll respond to our requests (like confirming your domain) so we can keep your launch on schedule.
6 · What we promise, and the limits of it
We work to keep every site fast, secure, and online, and care plans include monitoring and backups. Like every provider, we can't promise the internet never hiccups: our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
7 · Changes and contact
If we update these terms, the new version is posted here with a new effective date; the terms in force when you purchased govern that purchase. Questions, requests, cancellations: hello@sitesgolivetoday.com — a real person answers.
